There are many women named Carrie Burnett whom this might be. Some have maiden name Burnett, while other married a Burnett. And there are no clues on the photograph to point to a location where this was taken. The woman in the photo appears to be around 18-20 years old. And by her clothing, I peg the year at circa 1905-1910. That would make the young lady born anywhere within a span of 1885-1892.

The photo is trimmed to an oval shape and applied to rectangular card stock which has a thick brown border and beveled edge. 

Since the photo was found in Greenwich NY, I limited my search (so far) to the Hudson Valley and upstate New York.

There is only one option fits the data, and that is CARRIE H. MARTIN, born abt 1891 in Pawling, Dutchess county, NY, a daughter of William H Martin and Mary A. Morey.

Carrie married Jerome Cortland BURNETT (1886-1946).
 - Julianna Burnett (b. abt 1919, d. Dec 1965) m. Arthur Burkhardt
    - Arthur R. Burkhardt (1942 - 2010) m. Eleanor __.

Carrie Burnett-Burkhardt died 11 Dec 1960 at Millbrook NY.

I will try to find someone in this family to verify if this is the right Carrie Burnett, and if not, will expand my research.
