I found more than one Josephine Clark living in New Haven County, CT at around the correct time period. But I believe the correct one is this one:

CLARK, Clarabel (Shepard), 43, born in CT of CT parents
CLARK, Josephine, 14, born in CT (born 1-Sep-1915)
CLARK, Alfred, 9, born in CT
CLARK, Gertrude, 3, born in CT
Interestingly, Clifford P. Clark is a son of Halsey Steel Clark, whose photo was found at the same sale and has already been researched and sent home to a relative.

Josephine married Peter A. Collins, and died 14 Sep 2016 Naugatuck CT, buried in Prospect CT. I see no evidence of direct descendants.
Survived at the time by her younger sister Gertrude and her family.
